When Valley Management Group first began, we managed just 15 units in the San Jose area. Today, our team oversees nearly 500 units throughout Santa Clara County. While our portfolio has grown, our focus remains the same: delivering high-quality service with a personal touch.

Led by Managing Director Christina Yezzo, Valley Management Group brings together a team of highly trained professionals with deep roots in the Santa Clara Valley real estate industry. Christina, a Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) and member of the Apartment Owners Association of California (AOA), has been with the company since 2005. With nearly two decades of experience, she brings deep industry knowledge, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence in residential property management.
